The Junction

Toronto apartments for rent in the Junction

The name of this area of course goes back to the days when the train played a much larger role in the daily lives of Toronto's citizens. Apartments in this area offer the chance to live in a neighbourhood that is undergoing a major transformation. Where 5 years ago there were empty storefronts along Dundas St., the area is now beginning to see art galleries, restaurants and bars come into the area to service the young people who are attracted to the area because of its proximity to the core and the affordability of its apartment rentals and homes. The main intersection for the Junction is Keele and Dundas and while these Toronto apartments are less expensive than those of High Park or Bloor West Village one can still reach these areas in less than 20 minutes.
